Delight Your Palate At This Upcoming Wine Tasting Dinner

This Thursday night, there is a wine tasting and dinner that is sure to delight ever palate.
Gourmet Wine Getaways presents this meal, which will pair wines from Belle Glos and Caymus Vineyards with premiere Indian dishes prepared by Chef Avinash Kapoor of Akbar Marina Del Rey, at which the event will be hosted.
The evening will begin at 7:00 p.m. with gourmet appetizers created by Chef Avi and paired Cielo Prosecco. Wine expert Peter D. Kerr will then guide you into a great meal beginning with lamb chops in Indian spices paired with a 2013 Belle Glos Pinot Noir from their Clark & Telephone Vineyard in Santa Maria. This will be followed by Tandoori grilled wild salmon served with seasonal vegetables paired with 2013 Belle Glos Pinot Noirs from their Dairyman Vineyard in Russian River Valley and their Las Alturas Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Next will be wild boar kofta paired with 2012 Caymus Vineyards 40th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening will finish with a sweet bite.
The dinner will be $89 per person, including tax and gratuity.
